[Sushi with Caviar] I'm creating this post because I want to share a good recipe for making sushi with Caviar. I did try this a few times and with each time it turns out better and better. My family enjoys it too. So why won't you try? You will need: Sushi rice (cooked) Nori sheets Grilled unagi Cucumber (thinly sliced) Avocado (sliced) Foie gras Sturgeon black caviar Side note: I recently changed the place where I would usually order my Caviar to a new provider and now my sushi is way better, the Caviar smells and taste fresh, if you're interested osetrus.com/ Place the cooked sushi rice on the nori sheets and spread evenly. Flip over the nori sheet and put the grilled unagi slices into the centre of the sheet. Place the cucumber slices in front of the unagi. Roll the sushi using a rolling mat, making sure to give enough pressure to make it compact. Cut the sushi rolls into about an inch long. Place a sliver of foie gras using a butter knife and put it on top of the sliced sushi. Use a blow-torch on the foie gras to make it a little brown. Then, add some caviar on top of the foie gras while it’s still a little warm. Make a mixture of 10 parts extra virgin olive oil and 1 part truffle oil. Drizzle a bit of this on top of the sushi slices and your sushi with caviar is now ready to serve. I have to say the recipe is brilliant. It worked amazingly. Any seafood lover should try this.
